Project #2: Bloomfield, 609 Frontier

Exterior:

After a new roof, paint, windows, french doors, lawn work...

I didn't get any back yard "before" pics, but let me tell you...this looks much better than it did before Arin worked so hard on it.

Living Room:

Master Bath:

Obviously this was our biggest project. We completely rearranged to accomodate for a bigger shower and just a little more space. The shower before was tiny and gross. The bathroom was far too cramped to get any good pictures for the "before". But I was pleased with the way the custom shower turned out. . .

Master Suite:

Not all of the pictures match up...I didn't do a very great job on the bedroom! I'll try to do better.

Guest/Kids Bath:

As you can see, the person who lived here before (and got foreclosed), must have spent too much money on his remodeled bathroom and not enough on his house payment ;) Lucky for us, all we had to do in here is clean and give it a few touch-ups on paint! easy!

Kids Rooms:

These were pretty simple. Light fixtures, paint and carpet. And windows, of course.

Dining Room:

Kitchen:

Utility/Laundry/Office:

I'm going to have to brag on Arin and say he kicked some butt on this one! It was done in two months and sold soon after! It was a quick turn and easier then the first. Fun one. Lucky for us, a good friend of ours posted this on the school website and a couple of teachers bought it! Thanks Irvin! There are incentives for anyone who helps find a buyer for our houses...hint.hint. (we have three we are working on right now. I'll post them on here soon.
More random pics.
My loyal helper Teva...she pulled a few late nights with me, very willingly.
(even on Homecoming night).
and Tuesday rolling around on the nice, new carpet.
