Before & After pics.
The lot before we did anything to it. . . a burnt down house left a trashed basement and tons of garbage. And now.

* This was kind of an interesting one...We bought this house from Navajo Prep, they needed to get rid of it for some construction they were doing. This was the first of two that we bought. Here are a few pictures of the house being lifted off of the foundation/basement and driven down the road to Fruitland. Then being placed on the new foundation. *
This was a major project. We still aren't sure if we'd do it again...but too late to reconsider now. It was definitely a learning experience.

cruisin up Harper Hill. (I'm sure glad I wasn't following behind this beast...sorry to those who were)

still trying to line it up.
(If you are noticing the dates, we had to move this one shortly after we bought our Bloomfield one [#2], so we weren't quite ready to set it. It sat up on I-beams for a few months while we finished up our house in Bloomfield and got the foundation made. Then we called the movers back to set it. We were forced to move our 2nd house from Navajo Prep shortly after setting this one. It sat for a while on beams too, but has recently been set on the foundation. (post will follow)

It was definitely a wild and crazy few months with the conflicting schedules, finding/buying land to place the other house, moving/buying a new house for ourselves, crazy weather, frozen ground, extreme mud and several illnesses.
But we are finally finished!
* For those of you being observant...yes, this is right next door to our #1 project in Fruitland. We originally bought that house and the adjoining lot. We sold the house, but kept this lot. . .*
